We offer 2 years warranty for all our products.

In normal warranty case,customers need send us video and pictures with Producing Date Seriel Number.After our recording and analysing, we'll prepare new replacement bulbs and send together with next order

In rare warranty case,customers need send us video and pictures with Producing Date Seriel Number,then send defective products back to us for further analysing,then we'll prepare new replacement bulbs and send together with next order.

7. Payment terms?

We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, Trade Assurance Pay.

For orders less than $1500, we suggest Paypal or Western Union, they have less transfer cost
