1.Sample Available?
Yes, our samples is available for all customers.For loyal customers, we could offer free samples.

2. MOQ requirement?
Yes, our MOQ is 10 sets for formal order.

3. Delivery time?
We ensure fast shipping for each customer.In normal season we could offer Same day delivery;in peak season,we could offer 3-5 days delivery.For VIP customers, we could prepare materials ahead,and deliver goods within 3 work days even in peak season.

4. Products have certificates?
Yes, all our products have passed CE and RoHS test. Our L5 L7 is applying ECE certificate now.

5. LED materials source?

LED chips are purchased from authorized dealers of Creess,Nichiaaa,Osramsss,Samsunggg,ETI etc.
Other components are purchased from credible suppliers who also offer for automotive manufacturers.
Our Brighter lighting quality LED bulbs prove all.

6. What's your warranty?
We offer 2 years warranty for all our products.
In normal warranty case,customers need send us video and pictures with Producing Date Seriel Number.After our recording and analysing, we'll prepare new replacement bulbs and send together with next order.
In rare warranty case,customers need send us video and pictures with Producing Date Seriel Number,then send defective products back to us for further analysing,then we'll prepare new replacement bulbs and send together with next order.

7.  Payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Escrow, Trade Assurance Pay.
For orders less than $1500, we suggest Paypal or Western Union, they have less transfer cost.
For orders above $1500 and less than $3000, we suggest T/T bank transfer, as Paypal or WU has more transfer cost.
For orders above $3000, we suggest Trade Assurance Pay, it saves transfer cost and accumulate credit.

8. Shipping ways?
We offer all shipping ways for customers: Express shipping/Air shipping/Sea shipping.
Express shipping (DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS)and Air shipping is suitable for customers who need fast speed & pay less attention on cost.
Sea shipping is suitable for customers who have bulk order goods & pay less attention on shipping speed.
